摘 要
隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確度有越來越高的要求。以前的拉力測(cè)試主要是用人來測(cè)量。但是在測(cè)量當(dāng)中經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)受力的不均衡,次數(shù)計(jì)算的錯(cuò)誤等問題。這些導(dǎo)致數(shù)據(jù)的結(jié)果出現(xiàn)很大的誤差,使產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量出現(xiàn)很大的問題。目前國內(nèi)相應(yīng)的測(cè)試設(shè)備智能化、自動(dòng)化程度不高,為此需要一體化智能型拉力測(cè)量試驗(yàn)儀。
論文討論了拉力檢測(cè)的原理,設(shè)計(jì)了拉力測(cè)試系統(tǒng)。設(shè)計(jì)出基于松下(Fp∑-c32)PLC,Proface觸摸屏(GP37W2),壓力傳感器,步進(jìn)電機(jī)的拉力測(cè)試系統(tǒng),只要把待測(cè)繩索裝上測(cè)試臺(tái),就能自動(dòng)進(jìn)行拉力測(cè)試試驗(yàn)。系統(tǒng)可以根據(jù)不同要求,改動(dòng)實(shí)驗(yàn)參數(shù),從而達(dá)到不同的目的。本設(shè)計(jì)還采用了觸摸屏作為人機(jī)界面,通過觸摸屏的操作可進(jìn)行參數(shù)設(shè)置,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)各種功能的控制,同時(shí)還能通過觸摸屏顯示測(cè)試結(jié)果和對(duì)系統(tǒng)當(dāng)前運(yùn)行狀態(tài)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)的監(jiān)控。

Abstract
With the development of science and technology, the accuracy of the data to have higher requirements. The tension test is mainly used to choose and employ persons. But often appear in the measurement of the unbalanced force ,calculation error number and so on. These data results appear much error, make product quality problems appeared. At present domestic corresponding testing equipment, intelligent, automation degree is not high, therefore, it is necessary to measure tensile test instrument integrated intelligent.
The paper discusses the principle, design tension test the tensile test system. Panasonic (Fp is designed based on PLC∑ - c32) screen (GP37W2), Proface pressure sensor, stepping motor tensile test system, as long as the rope on one measure, it can automatic tension test test. According to the different requirements, the system can alter experimental parameters, so as to achieve different purposes. This design is also used as a touch screen man-machine interface, through the operation parameters can be set to realize control, also can pass the screen test results of the system and the real-time monitoring.
