摘 要
無刷直流電機(Brushless DC Motor,簡稱BLDcM)控制系統(tǒng)是一種新型的調(diào)速系統(tǒng),具有良好的運行、控制及經(jīng)濟性能,有著巨大的發(fā)展?jié)摿Αo刷直流電機是利用電子換相替代機械換相和電刷,既具有直流電動機良好的調(diào)速性能,又具有交流電機結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、運行可靠、維護(hù)方便等優(yōu)點,在眾多領(lǐng)域中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。
現(xiàn)代控制理論飛速發(fā)展,無刷直流電機集各種相關(guān)科技的發(fā)展成果于一身,因此有著明顯的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢。近年來隨著電力電子技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展和電力電子元器件的大幅度降價,以及專用集成電路的大量采用,無刷直流電機的電路簡化了很多、成本降低,價格也隨之下降。直流無刷電機的驅(qū)動及控制技術(shù)作為電氣傳動領(lǐng)域的一個分支,也在其特定的領(lǐng)域顯示出強大的生命力。MC33035是Motorola公司的第二代直流無刷電機控制器專用芯片。基于這種芯片設(shè)計的無刷直流電機控制器所需的外圍電路簡單,可靠性高,穩(wěn)定性好等優(yōu)點。
本文介紹了Motorola公司的第2代無刷直流電機控制器專用芯片MC33035的基本原理,設(shè)計了一種以專用控制芯片MC33035為核心構(gòu)成的無刷直流電機控制器。

Abstract
Brushless DC Motor (Brushless DC Motor, referred to as BLDcM) control system is a new type of speed control system, has a good running and economic performance, simply controlled. Brushless DC motor commutation alternative is the use of electronic and mechanical brush commutation, not only has good speed regulation performance of DC motors, AC motors also has a simple structure, reliable operation, easy maintenance and so, in many fields have been widely application.
The rapid development of modern control theory, brushless DC motor set all relevant scientific and technological development results in one, so there is a clear technological advantage. Recent years, with the rapid development of power electronics and power electronic components substantially lower prices, and the extensive use of ASIC, brushless DC motor circuit simplified a lot, cost reduction, the price drop. Brushless DC motor drive and control technology as a branch of electrical transmission in the field, also showed their specific areas of great vitality. Motorola's MC33035 is a second generation of brushless DC motor controller ASIC. Based on this chip, brushless DC motor controller design required a simple external circuit, high reliability and good stability.
This paper introduces Motorola's 2nd generation brushless DC motor controller chip MC33035 dedicated the basic principles of design of a dedicated control chip as the core components of the MC33035 Brushless DC Motor Controller.
