摘 要
遠程數據采集系統在工業控制領域中有著十分重要的意義。在許多工業場合,尤其是對于一些分散的、無人值守的現場,需要對數據進行定時采集以便及時了解現場的情況,并根據情況發送一些簡單的控制命令。單片機和PC通過串行口構成的多微機監測系統己經廣泛應用于工業控制、數據傳輸、水利系統、消防治安、智能樓宇、銀行金融等方面,這些系統原來大多采用有線網絡、短距離無線網絡等通信方式,其固有的缺陷很大程度上限制了其使用的場合。
因此,本文提出了一種基于GPRS(General Packet Radio Service)的無線數據采集系統。本系統主要是由數據采集終端、數據通信模塊和監控中心三部份組成。其中數據采集終端主要為數據采集設備來采集數據;數據通信模塊主要則有GPRS模塊來實現數據傳輸功能;外網的監控總站則是由系統軟件組態設置的計算機系統組成。整個工作過程是先通過流量計進行數據采集,再由無紙記錄儀對數據進行處理,并記錄下各個廠房的瞬時流量和累積流量,將 GPRS DTU與無紙記錄儀相連,利用GPRS終端將數據傳至GPRS網絡與Internet網絡進行空中數據交換,最后送至服務器,由計算機上的力控組態軟件進行監控。

Abstract
The Remote Data Acquisition System has the important significance in industry control field. In many industry cases,especially for some distributed and no watcher locale,we need to collect data at fixed time to know the locale situation in time, and then according to the situation send some simple control instructions. The realization mode of the traditional remote monitor controlling the other hand the multi-CPU monitoring system,which is connected by single-chipped computer and PC machine through serial interface is widely used in the fields of industry and data monitoring. The communication way of these systems is always cable modem,radio station and soon. But their inherent fault limits the fields in which these systems are used.
Therefore,the paper refers to a data collected system that based on GPRS. This system mainly is by the data acquisition terminal, the data communication module and the monitoring center three parts is composed. Data acquisition terminal mainly gathers the data for the data acquisition equipment; The data communication module host important regulation has the GPRS module to realize the data transmission function; Outside the net monitoring main terminal is composed by the system software configuration establishment computer system. The entire work process first carries on the data acquisition through the flow meter, then carries on processing by the non-paper recording instrument to the data under, and records each workshop instantaneous current capacity and the accumulation current capacity, is connected GPRS DTU with the non-paper recording instrument, passes on using the GPRS terminal the data to the GPRS network and the Internet network carries on the airborne data exchange, the most evacuation to the server, controls the configuration software by the computer on strength to carry on the monitoring.
