在網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用日益普及的今天,網(wǎng)絡(luò)辦公是企事業(yè)單位提高辦公效率和機(jī)構(gòu)精簡改革趨勢的一個要求。同時電信跨越式發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略要求電信部門的服務(wù)質(zhì)量不斷地提高。電話業(yè)務(wù)綜合管理系統(tǒng),不僅是影響電信部門辦公效率和作業(yè)成本的重要環(huán)節(jié),而且也是影響電信服務(wù)水平的主要內(nèi)容。
本系統(tǒng)以計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),采用客戶端基于瀏覽器/服務(wù)器模式,后臺管理基于客戶/服務(wù)器模式的體系結(jié)構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)了電話業(yè)務(wù)管理、查詢、維護(hù)處理等功能,解決電話業(yè)務(wù)的集中管理、快速數(shù)據(jù)處理以及遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)共享等功能。實(shí)現(xiàn)了用戶可以隨時查詢,處理相關(guān)的電話業(yè)務(wù)信息的全方位信息資源共享。電話業(yè)務(wù)綜合管理系統(tǒng)采用Microsoft ASP 作為開發(fā)工具,后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫采用Microsoft Access數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì),利用ADO 數(shù)據(jù)庫訪問技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)對數(shù)據(jù)庫的各種管理操作. 本論文的研究為系統(tǒng)開發(fā)提供了可靠的理論基礎(chǔ)與有效的技術(shù)指導(dǎo),電話業(yè)務(wù)綜合管理系統(tǒng)最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了設(shè)計(jì)要求與目標(biāo)。

ABSTRACT
Today along with the increasing popularity of network applications, the Network Office becomes a requirement for improving the office efficiency and the reformation trend of streamlining organs in the enterprise and the government. Meanwhile the telecommunications leapfrog development strategy calls for the continual improvement of the quality of service in telecommunications sector. The telephone management system, is not only an important tache 78for affecting the office efficiency and operational costs of the telecommunications sector, but also the main content for affecting the level of its services.
Based on the the computer technology, database technology and network technology, using a systematic framework in which the client is based on browser rver model and the background is based on client rver model, this system carries out the functions of telephone business management, query, maintenance, etc., and solves the telephone centralized management, fast data processing and remote data sharing functions and so on. Users can check and handle all-sided information resources sharing of the telephone business at the any time. Telephone management system uses Microsoft ASP as a development tool and its background database is designed by Microsoft Access database and it can achieve various database management operations with the ADO database access technology. The study of this thesis offers the reliable theoretical basis and the effective technical guidance for the development of this system. The integrated management systems of telephone business ultimately achieve the designing requirements and objectives.
