摘要
    隨著移動(dòng)通信技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展，作為移動(dòng)通信的一種重要增值業(yè)務(wù)的SMS(短消息服務(wù))也得到了迅速的發(fā)展。在企業(yè)信息化的建設(shè)過(guò)程中，短信功能的應(yīng)用逐步扮演著越來(lái)越重要的作用，積極地推動(dòng)著企業(yè)信息化的快速發(fā)展。
 本文首先對(duì)SMS的定義、基本工作原理、優(yōu)點(diǎn)、應(yīng)用等進(jìn)行了介紹。
 主要內(nèi)容包括利用MScomm控件實(shí)現(xiàn)計(jì)算機(jī)和手機(jī)間的串口通信;利用AT指令實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)手機(jī)的各種控制和短信的收發(fā)操作;發(fā)送和接收短信的PDU  ( Protcol Data Unit)格式分析，短信內(nèi)容、手機(jī)號(hào)碼、SMSC(短消息服務(wù)中心)號(hào)碼、時(shí)間戳的編碼和解碼等。
 本文最后介紹了系統(tǒng)的界面設(shè)計(jì)和運(yùn)行測(cè)試，并對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)體會(huì)、今后需要進(jìn)一步做的工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。

Abstract
As the rapid development of the mobile communication technology, one of the important value added service of mobile communication-Short Message Service (SMS) gets rapid development, too. During the construction of the informatization of enterprises, the application of SMS has become more and more important and contributed a lot to the rapid development of the informatization of enterprises.
It mainly contains utilizing Mscomm control to realize the serial communication between computer and cell phone, utilizing AT command to realize the cell phone control and SMS receiving and sending operation, the PDU (Protcol Data Unit) format analysis, SMS content, cell phone number, SMSC number, timestamp encoding and decoding.
Finally, the paper introduces the system interface design and operating test and summarizes the design experience and the work that shall be done in future.
