隨著計算機網絡技術的不斷發展和普及以及計算機數據庫技術的不斷提高,制造業企業不能夠局限于手工計算和簡單的生產計劃制定,ERP系統是在先進的企業管理思想的基礎上,應用信息技術實現對整個企業資源的一體化管理系統,是大型現代企業管理中不可或缺的有力管理工具,是企業現代化和信息化程度的重要標志。
本文主要介紹了我國制造業的現狀和存在的問題,基于這個提出了ERP系統,分析了ERP系統相比于傳統的手工和管理方式所帶來的優勢,ERP系統基于C/S三層結構,采用采用了Borland 的MIDAS 技術實現將數據集從服務器上的TTable 或TQuery對象轉移至客戶端的TClientDataSet 對象,簡單介紹了ERP系統組成的主要的子系統,以及各個子系統所起的作用。著重講解了利用Delphi6和SQL Server 2000開發工具設計與實現計劃管理系統的方法。還介紹了數據庫表單的組成方式和簡單的關聯關系。
本文是根據客戶需求進行設計和實現的,不僅闡述了制造業在計劃管理系統的系統總體結構和生產經營方式,還闡述了實現該系統主要的SQL腳本,以及Delphi6前臺數據參數的傳入和界面的設計。
