基于LabVIEW的模擬實驗數據采集與處理系統開發
摘要:目前汽車行業的競爭日趨激烈,縮短新車型開發周期、提高產品競爭力成為各個汽車公司的當務之急,應用汽車道路模擬實驗臺在室內對汽車整車和零部件進行快速模擬是解決這一問題的有效途徑,而道路模擬實驗技術是汽車工業領域的重要技術。本文使用NI公司的LabVIEW開發環境,并結合NI PXI-4472板卡開發一個信號采集處理與處理平臺,完成了道路模擬實驗中道路譜的采集與處理。實驗表明,該系統操作簡單,且經過處理的信號在一定條件下滿足實驗需要。

Abstract: The current auto industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce, shortening the development cycle of new models, and raise the competitiveness of products into various automobile companies of the moment Application of the driveway in indoor simulation test bed vehicle and the vehicle for rapid simulation components to solve this problem is an effective way,  road simulation is a important technology in the vehicle industry. In this paper, the authoruses the LabVIEW with theNIPXI-4472 to develop asignal acquisition and processing system, which can be used to form the signals of campaign response of the wheels for road simulation. It can be indicated in experiment to frond simulation that the system is operated efficiently, and the signals produced by the system fit the need of the experiment
