[摘 要]我國企業(yè)目前正處于轉(zhuǎn)制、轉(zhuǎn)型時期。在這一時期中,企業(yè)的倫理關(guān)系、價值目標(biāo)和道德觀念發(fā)生了很大變化。本文在闡述企業(yè)經(jīng)營道德相關(guān)概念的基礎(chǔ)上,從企業(yè)對內(nèi)經(jīng)營道德的員工權(quán)益、員工培訓(xùn)和職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃、員工健康和企業(yè)對外經(jīng)營道德的產(chǎn)品服務(wù)責(zé)任、誠信責(zé)任、安全責(zé)任、慈善責(zé)任、守法責(zé)任兩大方面分析德清莫干山盧球商貿(mào)中心經(jīng)營道德建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,并提出相應(yīng)的對策。 [關(guān)鍵詞]商貿(mào)中心;經(jīng)營道德;現(xiàn)狀;對策 Analysis for moral situation and problems of Deqing Mogan Shan Lu-qiu business centre Abstract:China's enterprises are now in the transition period. During this period, business ethics, moral values and objectives of the value have taken place great change. In this article,I will analysis of moral situation and problems of Deqing Mogan Shan Lu-qiu business centre from two aspects that enterprise to staff:Rights and interests of employees, staff training and career planning, staff health and enterprise to corporate social:responsibility of products and services, honesty responsibility, responsibility for security, charitable responsibility ,then propose effective solution.
