本文結(jié)構(gòu)如下,第一章概述了庫(kù)存的定義,庫(kù)存的必要性和意義及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。在此基礎(chǔ)上第二章分析了傳統(tǒng)庫(kù)存管理策略和供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下的庫(kù)存管理策略及兩者之間的比較。第三章結(jié)合真實(shí)企業(yè),介紹企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,分析企業(yè)中存在的庫(kù)存問題。利用前面介紹的各種庫(kù)存策略,第四章根據(jù)企業(yè)的內(nèi)部及外部狀況和存在的問題,給出合適的庫(kù)存管理模式。

But in the reality. The supply chain management is a process which gradually enters and the business enterprise is hard to develop the supply chain management of level from the low class in the short run. So the supply chain management of certain Class appear with it mutually adapt of the management style of the supply chain inventory.
This article structure is as follows, the first chapter has out lined the inventory definition, the inventory necessity and the significance and the domestic and foreign research present situation. The second chapter has analyzed the tradition inventory management strategy and under the supply chain environment inventory management strategy and two between comparison in this foundation.
