摘 要
隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷提高,計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)日漸成熟,其強(qiáng)大的功能已為人們深刻認(rèn)識(shí),它已進(jìn)入人類社會(huì)的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域并發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。學(xué)生注冊(cè)管理軟件的開發(fā)是依據(jù)軟件工程的思想、運(yùn)用Visual Basic 6.0和Access開發(fā)工具設(shè)計(jì)的一套綜合性的學(xué)生信息管理軟件。首先制定系統(tǒng)功能說明書;再制定總體設(shè)計(jì)方案;然后對(duì)系統(tǒng)的各功能模塊進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),主要實(shí)現(xiàn)了學(xué)生班級(jí)的注冊(cè)管理、課程的注冊(cè)管理、學(xué)籍的注冊(cè)管理、成績的注冊(cè)管理、獎(jiǎng)罰的注冊(cè)管理以及對(duì)單個(gè)學(xué)生信息的查詢功能;最后對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測試和總結(jié)。
學(xué)生注冊(cè)管理軟件是使用計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)管理的辦法對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行注冊(cè)管理,把學(xué)生注冊(cè)信息的實(shí)時(shí)性、精確性和學(xué)生注冊(cè)工作的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)結(jié)合起來,極大的提高了學(xué)生管理的效率,解決了學(xué)生注冊(cè)采用手工錄入和打印數(shù)據(jù)的方式難以保證學(xué)生數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確無誤和實(shí)時(shí)更新的問題。

Abstract
Along with the science and technology constantly improving, computer science is maturing day after day, its formidable function has been known profoundly for the people, and it has entered each domain of the human society and played a more and more important role. The development of the student registration management software is a set of comprehensive student information management software. The development environment is Visual Basic 6.0 and the Micro-Access Database. At first, design the requirement of the system; after this, design the program architecture of the system; then, design every function modules, which include such functions as: student registration management module, registration maintenance management module, score inquiry module, etc. Finally, integrate the system and finish the test.
The student registration management software refers to computer science technology, which can support registration information inquiry in real-time, and can make accurate match in results. It has greatly improved the efficiency of management and solved the problems such as inaccuracy match or data updating inconsistency induced by manual operation.
