摘要

 如今小區(qū)物業(yè)管理公司將使用一套物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)來規(guī)范管理，公司的各種事務(wù)。通過計算機運行的小區(qū)物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)是為小區(qū)管理者和小區(qū)用戶快速便捷的管理和查詢各項物業(yè)管理信息業(yè)務(wù)而開發(fā)的管理軟件。根據(jù)需求分析，使用信息管理系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)小區(qū)管理業(yè)務(wù)，效益已越來越明顯。
 本文詳細(xì)論述了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的具體流程，包括可行性分析、需求分析、系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計等環(huán)節(jié)。系統(tǒng)采用VISAUL BASIC 6.0作為開發(fā)工具，使用SQL SERVER 2000作為后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫。可實現(xiàn)基本信息管理、維修管理、收繳費管理等功能，基本滿足了物業(yè)公司在實際工作中的需求，達(dá)到了預(yù)期的設(shè)計目標(biāo)。

ABSTRACT

 Nowadays, the residence property management firms have applied the set of property management system to regulate management and other affairs. The estate management system which depends on computer is a management software which helps the managers and the users deal with the estate management work and search for the message as easy as possible. Therefore, this information management system has obvious comparative advantage.
 
 This article mainly discusses in process of system development, including feasibility analysis, demand analysis, system design and database design. Using VISAUL BASIC 6.0 to construct and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 for database. The estate management system support information management, repair management and charge management. System granted the estate management company demand, and achieve the intended goal
