在辦公自動化蓬勃發展的背景下,本文結合中小型企業的需求分析,采用B/S設計模式,設計了中小型企業的辦公自動化系統。同時介紹了辦公自動系統發展以及現狀。本文對用戶主要需求作了詳盡的分析,系統分析與設計遵循了軟件工程的原則,首先對基于JSP的辦公自動化系統進行了可行性論證,在對用戶需求作了詳盡的分析之后,實現系統的總體開發規劃。按照總體設計、詳細設計,逐步完成系統建模并最終實現系統,本文重點分析了辦公自動化的功能特點,同時提出更適合目前中小企業辦公自動化的功能并加以實現。分析了前臺管理模塊和后臺管理模塊的實現。系統的開發選擇了JSP+JavaBean+Servlet,客戶端腳本采用java script,以SQL Server 2000 作數據庫管理系統。

In this article, this Office automation system Designed for Small or Medium Enterprises, also, it introduced the office automated systems development and the Status. In this article, it made a detailed needs analysis for the users. Analysis and design followed the principles of software engineering. Firstly, do the feasibility Verification for this office automation system, after made a detailed analysis for user needs, make an overall development plan for this system. According to the overall design and the detail design, gradually completed the system modeling and implement the System, In this article, the important point is an analysis of office automation functions. Meanwhile made more suitable to the present office automation functions and to achieved, and made an analysis of the disaster management module and the background management module. System Development chose JavaBean + JSP + Servlet, Client script using java script, SQL Server 2000 for database management systems.
