方案分析 對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析,已知設(shè)計(jì)的是一臥式單面多軸鉆孔組合機(jī)床的液壓系統(tǒng),要求液壓系統(tǒng)完成的工作循環(huán)是:快進(jìn)→工進(jìn)→快退→停止。在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中要注意液壓設(shè)計(jì)的注意事項(xiàng):在滑臺(tái)的速度變化較大,當(dāng)滑臺(tái)由工進(jìn)轉(zhuǎn)為快退時(shí),以減少液壓沖擊,須使用背壓閥等。 方案:選用單桿活塞缸來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)工作循環(huán)所要求的快進(jìn)、工進(jìn)運(yùn)動(dòng),借鑒經(jīng)典的實(shí)現(xiàn)快進(jìn)、快退的連接方式,差動(dòng)連接來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn),而對(duì)于有大沖擊,工作阻力不定對(duì)加工過(guò)程的影響,采用使用在回油路上接背壓閥和在進(jìn)油路上用調(diào)速閥和行程閥的組合來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)。對(duì)于工況分段情況很大,借鑒同類(lèi)機(jī)床多數(shù)采用雙泵供油來(lái)節(jié)約能源。為減少熱變形對(duì)加工精度的影響,減少熱源,選用遠(yuǎn)離機(jī)床床身的開(kāi)式油箱。
