摘     要

 本設(shè)計(jì)是應(yīng)浙江康盛股份有限公司的生產(chǎn)需要，為了滿(mǎn)足實(shí)現(xiàn)大口徑無(wú)縫鋼管的拉拔減徑工藝要求，根據(jù)公司實(shí)際生產(chǎn)條件及在現(xiàn)有拉拔減徑機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了一個(gè)拉拔減徑機(jī)的改造設(shè)計(jì)方案。在本篇設(shè)計(jì)中，改變了以往設(shè)計(jì)人員完成憑借經(jīng)驗(yàn)的設(shè)計(jì)方法，對(duì)重要零部件及重要電機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)選擇提出了理論依據(jù)。其中，在對(duì)拉拔過(guò)程中力的控制方面，根據(jù)空拉管材的力學(xué)性能要求，進(jìn)行了一些必要的計(jì)算；在冷卻潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)中也做了重大改進(jìn)，取得較好的效果。同時(shí)，根據(jù)客戶(hù)對(duì)產(chǎn)品提出的技術(shù)參數(shù)指標(biāo)，進(jìn)行了一些重要結(jié)構(gòu)和零部件的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。在設(shè)計(jì)完成后，進(jìn)行了整機(jī)制造裝配，對(duì)整機(jī)進(jìn)行了性能測(cè)試，滿(mǎn)足了浙江康盛股份有限公司提出的工藝要求，達(dá)到預(yù)定設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)。

The Design and Implementation of Switch-based IPv6 Router
 
Abstract
 This design is based on the need of KaSun Co., Ltd. of Zhejiang, in order to achieve large-diameter seamless steel pipe to meet the requirements of drawing-reducing technology, according to the actual production conditions and reducing the existing Drawing on the basis of the proposed Drawing by a trail of the transformation of design options.
