摘     要
 
 本設(shè)計(jì)是在已提供的汽車(chē)底盤(pán)基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)產(chǎn)品的具體設(shè)計(jì)要求， 按照國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中汽車(chē)運(yùn)輸液體危險(xiǎn)貨物常壓容器罐體的通用技術(shù)條件設(shè)計(jì)相應(yīng)的罐體及罐體上的附件、罐體與底盤(pán)間的連接方式，主要包括設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)的確定、材料選用、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)、罐體容積計(jì)算、罐體與底盤(pán)之間的連接計(jì)算、支座局部應(yīng)力計(jì)算及安全泄放能力計(jì)算，并應(yīng)用畫(huà)圖軟件畫(huà)出罐體的外部形狀。最終設(shè)計(jì)出一輛符合國(guó)家專(zhuān)用車(chē)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的運(yùn)油車(chē)。運(yùn)油車(chē)屬于專(zhuān)用汽車(chē)的罐式車(chē)系列，主要用作石油的衍生品(汽油、柴油、原油、潤(rùn)滑油及煤焦油等油品)的運(yùn)輸和儲(chǔ)藏。運(yùn)送油類(lèi)物料的車(chē)輛，罐體一般采用金屬板材制作，也可以用玻璃鋼，塑料等材料制作。要求有足夠的強(qiáng)度，罐體內(nèi)部設(shè)有防沖板，罐體附件設(shè)有人孔，出液閥等。
