隨著多媒體技術的迅速發展，多媒體教學在教育領域中的應用已成為教學改革的熱點，而計算機軟硬件的快速改進和更新，為多媒體課件輔助教學提供了更為廣闊的發展空間，運用媒體課件輔助教學已成為課堂教學改革的必然趨勢。
本文首先介紹了 CAI 的概念、特點、理論基礎、現實意義以及CAI 的發展概況。以《計算機輔助教育》課程CAI課件的設計與制作為例，對系統進行了總體設計和模塊劃分，系統地闡述了教學課件的教學設計、稿本編寫、素材制作、課件合成、打包發行等CAI 課件的設計和制作全過程，并對各個功能模塊實現作了詳細探討，最終將成果發布。此外，本文還對設計過程中遇到的問題、解決方法及經驗進行了總結。

ABSTRACT
Recent years, with the development of Multimedia Technology, the application of Multimedia in the education field has become a hotspot of Educational Reformation. And the rapid improvement and renovation of software and hardware of computer offered a more capacious development space for Multimedia Courseware Assisted Instruction. The application of Multimedia Courseware Assisted Instruction has become a necessary trend of Instruction Reformation.
Firstly the paper introduces CAI’s concept, characteristics, theoretic basis and its development in China. In the case of the multimedia courseware Computer-Based Instruction, it is systematically elaborated on the thesis, the aim and meaning of the courseware’s development. In addition, it offers the teaching designing, script edition, combination of courseware and its packed publication to middle school chemistry CAI courseware. After the overview designing, model structure dividing and detailed exploring of function of each part, it reaches the final system’s theoretical principles, the software’s characteristics and function. In the end it will summarize the difficulties and the solution as well as the accumulated experience.
