中小民營企業成本控制探究——以珠海旭佳電子廠為例
摘要：民營企業是我國社會主義市場經濟的重要組成部分，其成本控制是管理工作的長期課題，如何讓身處夾縫之中的中小民營企業發展壯大，不斷加強企業成本控制將是永恒的主題。本文通過對中小民營企業的成本控制情況進行分析，并以珠海旭佳電子廠為例，指出了中小民營企業在成本控制中存在的問題，針對這些問題提出了相應的具有可行性的對策措施。

Abstract: The private enterprise is important constituent of our country socialist market economy , its cost control is the management work, how to make long-term topic in the middle of small and medium-sized private enterprises to grow, continuously enhancing enterprise cost control will be eternal theme. This article through  the cost of small and medium-sized private enterprises are analyzed, and control in Zhuhai Xujia Company as an example, points out that the manufature of small and medium-sized private enterprises in the cost control of existing problems, aiming at these problems, puts forward the corresponding feasible countermeasures.
