摘 要
冷沖模是廣泛運用的模具之一，種類包括沖孔模、落料模、彎曲模、拉深模等，近年來冷沖模的應用越來越廣泛。冷沖壓具有成本低，產品質量穩定，能加工多種性能，狀態的零件。同時它的應用和普遍也受到模具壽命和生產安全等方面的制約。通過熟悉各類模具的加工特點及內部結構，完成模具總體結構分析；隨后作者進行毛坯尺寸、排樣、工序尺寸、沖壓壓力、壓力中心、模具工作部分尺寸等工藝計算，力爭以最好的性價比設計了模具各零件的結構及裝配關系，在此基礎上確定模具的外形，完成了裝配圖和非標準的零件圖。
