摘 要
分析了手機充電器外殼的工藝特點,介紹了手機充電器外殼上蓋注射模結構及模具的工作過程。重點介紹了手機充電器外殼注射模結構的設計方法。分析和闡述了模具型芯零件及各標準件的選材、熱處理工藝,手機充電器外殼的塑件的結構要素,塑件的尺寸公差和精度的選擇,塑件的體積和質量的計算方法,注射機的選擇和校核,脫模推出機構的設計和相關計算,抽芯機構的設計計算以及校核,成型零件的工作尺寸的計算,以及模具冷卻系統的設計,最后還對模具機構中的導柱運用MASTER/CAM軟件進行了參數化設計。此手機充電器外殼注射模設計的結構特點是點澆口形式的單分型面的注射模,模具采用一模兩腔的結構,兩塑件平行放置,方向相反以便側向抽芯。儀用熱流道,可以消除廢料的產生,但流道過長加熱較復雜,而且ABS塑料流動性較好易產生涎流現象,改用PP等其它符合熱流道的塑料,不僅塑性能不能滿足制件功能要求,而且增加生產成本。本設計采用嵌入式型腔結構。該結構廣泛應用于中小型塑件的模具中。加工方法可采用普通機加工、數控機床、電火花、電鑄成型等方法。將一個整體型腔嵌入到型腔固定板中,嵌入的型腔材料可用低碳鋼或低碳合金鋼,滲碳淬火后拋光。該模具結構設計巧妙,操作方便,使用壽命長,塑件達到技術要求。
