Braking performance is one of the most important vehicles, automotive braking system is the most important automotive safety systems, brake is a brake system of the implementing agencies, the performance of a direct impact on car safety.Disc brake drum brake as an alternative product with good thermal stability, and quick reaction, but at the disc brake itself, there are some problems, such as heat recession, brake noise.Therefore, it is necessary to the disc brake detail. This article started from the background disc brakes, disc brakes introduced the basic composition, classification, principle; Secondly, the design of disc brakes, disc brakes completed the structure of choice, the main components of the structural design and performancecalculation, including the disc brake design and parameters of the main components determining the structure, the calculation of braking torque and friction lining block performance computing; then knuckle structural options, and check its strength in different braking;combination of front wheel hub brake design, programming their CNC machining process, through workshop practice, processing, product qualification; finally completed by calculating the disc brake assembly with AutoCAD drawings and parts mapping.
