 摘     要
 逆向工程是現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)品設(shè)計的新技術(shù)，具有復(fù)雜曲線、曲面設(shè)計功能，在產(chǎn)品開發(fā)方面所表現(xiàn)出來的快捷性使其在制造業(yè)中迅速得到了推廣和普及，在工業(yè)產(chǎn)品和藝術(shù)品的造型設(shè)計中得到廣泛應(yīng)用。本文介紹了逆向工程的的特點以及逆向工程的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域及發(fā)展前景。主要介紹了剃須刀點云逆向設(shè)計，在這里通過Imageware軟件對給定的點云數(shù)據(jù)—剃須刀進行點云預(yù)處理，點塊分析，曲面構(gòu)建，曲面調(diào)整等操作獲得大致的模型，運用誤差分析驗證所做模型是否合格，最后把生成的曲面導(dǎo)入到UG中做最后的處理。

Abstract
 The reverse-engineering is the modern product design new technology, has the complex curve, the surface design function, in the product development aspect displayed quick enables it to obtain the promotion and the popularization rapidly in the manufacturing industry, obtained the widespread application in the manufactured products and in the artware modelling design. This article introduced the reverse-engineering characteristic as well as reverse-engineering application domain and prospects for development. Mainly introduced the razor blade cloud reversion design, to the spot cloud data - razor blade which assigns carries on the cloud pretreatment in here through the Imageware software, selects the block analysis, the surface construction, operations and so on surface adjustment obtains the approximate model, the utilization error analysis confirmation makes the model to be whether qualified, finally inducts the production surface to UG in does final processing.
