 摘     要
 液力傳動是基于流體力學(xué)的歐拉方程，它是利用流體的動能，即利用液力傳動裝置中葉輪內(nèi)動量距的變化來傳遞和改變動能。其中動量是指液體質(zhì)點點的質(zhì)量m與絕對速度v的乘積mv，由于速度是矢量，所以動量也是矢量。動量矩是指動量與該點到旋轉(zhuǎn)軸的垂直距離r的乘積，以L表示.液力傳動用變矩器取代了機械傳動中的離合器，具有分段無級調(diào)速能力。
 液力偶合器的實質(zhì)是離心式水泵與渦輪機的組合。主要由輸入軸，輸出軸，泵輪，渦輪，外殼，輔助腔及安全保護裝置等組成.
 在工作過程中，發(fā)動機帶動與泵輪剛性連接的主動軸1旋轉(zhuǎn)，其轉(zhuǎn)速為，位于泵輪內(nèi)的工作液體由于受到泵輪葉片的作用而獲得能量，隨泵輪一起旋轉(zhuǎn)。離心力迫使液體向泵輪外緣流動，從而把發(fā)動機的機械能轉(zhuǎn)變成泵輪內(nèi)工作液的動能。
限矩式液力偶合器是各種型式偶合器中生產(chǎn)數(shù)量最多的一種類型，主要應(yīng)用于采煤、運輸、破碎和起重等設(shè)備中。
