摘     要

 本課題主要研究家用電扇的造型設(shè)

計(jì)以及快速成型，針對市場中家用電扇的外

形分析，得出風(fēng)扇葉片及各組成部分的結(jié)構(gòu)

和工藝特點(diǎn)及一些種要的數(shù)據(jù)，并從產(chǎn)品的

美觀及實(shí)用角度出發(fā)，掌握并利用Pro/e進(jìn)

行對風(fēng)扇的三維造型，設(shè)計(jì)出理性并美觀的

造型。快速成型機(jī)是一種應(yīng)用計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)控和

激光技術(shù)的機(jī)床，它是利用逐層疊加的原理

，成型角度可以看作為點(diǎn)、線、面的疊加。

本次課題要求了解快速成型機(jī)對圖形的預(yù)處

理過程，利用快速成型機(jī)制作模型，保證加

工過程時(shí)紙的走向，并利用美工刀對模型進(jìn)

行剝離。本課題就是在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)這一應(yīng)用方

向所作的一種嘗試，通過對現(xiàn)有的產(chǎn)品模型

進(jìn)行分析研究，設(shè)計(jì)制作出模型，并與現(xiàn)有

實(shí)物進(jìn)行分析比較其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，在完成了制作

后對模型進(jìn)行后處理。
