摘     要
 
 本文介紹了注塑模的結構，針對手機外殼，分析其結構工藝性與特點，完成模具有關尺寸計算、壓機選型，進行澆注系統、型芯、型腔、側抽機構、導向機構、冷卻系統等一系列注塑模具設計，利用 UG實現三維分模和零件裝配過程，最后完成二維裝配圖。

Abstract
This paper introduces the structure of the injection mold. It designs a mold through analyzing the structure process and characteristic of Cell-phone shell. It finishes the size calculation of the mold relative parts and type selection of injection machine. It concurrent injection design of feed system, core, cavity, cross side core-pulling mechanism, control device, cooling system and so on. With UG software actualize three-dimensional split of the mold and part assemble process ，and finally fulfilling the two-dimensional part drawings and assemble drawing.
