摘 要
本文主要介紹了應(yīng)用SolidWorks三維設(shè)計(jì)軟件,設(shè)計(jì)顎式破碎機(jī)的主要零件,介紹了破碎機(jī)的構(gòu)造和破碎機(jī)的SolidWorks三維設(shè)計(jì)過程,并對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析校核,進(jìn)而提出改進(jìn)方法;诓牧狭W(xué)、理論力學(xué)、機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)等學(xué)科,通過對(duì)破碎機(jī)的參觀和對(duì)其機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)的分析,并根據(jù)破碎機(jī)的規(guī)格,生產(chǎn)能力,確定破碎機(jī)主要零部件的參數(shù)和破碎機(jī)主要技術(shù)參數(shù),并對(duì)破碎機(jī)進(jìn)行三維裝配。闡述了利用SolidWorks 軟件對(duì)破碎機(jī)進(jìn)行計(jì)算機(jī)輔助三維設(shè)計(jì)的過程,研究了在SolidWorks 軟件環(huán)境下進(jìn)行破碎機(jī)三維實(shí)體建模、裝配、參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)、干涉碰撞檢查和運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和技巧,最后用COSMOSWorks對(duì)破碎機(jī)箱體進(jìn)行頻率、線性應(yīng)變?nèi)S有限元計(jì)算,揭示顎式破碎機(jī)機(jī)箱的應(yīng)力,形變分布規(guī)律,指導(dǎo)機(jī)箱設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)果表明用COSMOSWorks分析,能很好的反應(yīng)出破碎機(jī)箱體受力磨損情況,改善機(jī)箱的性能和質(zhì)量,從而完成對(duì)破碎機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)與分析。

Abstract
This paper mainly introduces the application of SolidWorks 3D design software, design Jaw Crusher main parts, described the structure of crusher and crusher SolidWorks 3D design process, and checking the results of the analysis, which made things better. Based on material mechanics, theoretical mechanics, mechanical design disciplines, such as through visits to the crusher and the analysis of movement of its body, and in accordance with the specifications of crusher, production capacity, to identify the main parts crusher crusher parameters and main technical parameters and three-dimensional assembly crusher. On the use of SolidWorks software for computer-aided three-dimensional crusher design process, research in the SolidWorks software environment crusher three-dimensional solid modeling, assembly, parametric design, interference checking and motion simulation of the collision of key technologies and techniques, and finally COSMOSWorks chassis with broken body of the frequency response of linear three-dimensional finite element method, reveals the jaw crusher chassis stress and deformation distribution, guidance chassis design, results showed that the use of COSMOSWorks analysis, can be broken out of a very good response Chassis wear body force to improve the performance and quality box to complete the design of the crusher and analysis.
