摘     要
 離合器面片磨床機(jī)床是一臺(tái)專用機(jī)床。
 主要加工的工件為直徑在150～450 mm范圍內(nèi)的離合器面片。機(jī)床屬于磨床一類的。磨削面片的精度在±10μm之內(nèi)。金鋼石砂輥連續(xù)磨削，首先磨背面，分粗磨1、粗磨2，精磨三個(gè)磨輥，然后，離合器面自動(dòng)翻身進(jìn)入另一臺(tái)設(shè)備磨正面，分粗磨精磨二個(gè)磨輥。此設(shè)計(jì)努力提高生產(chǎn)線的機(jī)械化、自動(dòng)化水平，確保生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量，最大限度地提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率，降低運(yùn)行成本
 這次機(jī)床的設(shè)計(jì)共分三大部分組成，一是機(jī)床的結(jié)構(gòu)、機(jī)床的外形的設(shè)計(jì)，二是磨床的磨頭及其調(diào)整機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)，三是機(jī)床的變速機(jī)構(gòu)、傳送機(jī)構(gòu)及其動(dòng)力設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)

Abstract
 This machine is a special machine.
 Clutch disc is the main processing unit of the work-pieces . The clutch disc's diameter is within the 150 ～ 450 mm . This  machine  belongs to a category of Grinder. The accuracy of the machine is ± 1 0 μ m. Diamonds sand roller continuous grinding, grinding back first, there are three grinding head,the first and second is the rough grinding,the third is the finish grinding. Then, the clutch disc is automatically emancipated face into another piece of equipment to grinding positive.There are two grinding head,the first is the rough grinding,the second is the finish grinding. This design efforts to improve production line of mechanization and automation level to ensure production quality, maximize labor productivity, lower operating costs .
 Machine design is divided into three major components . First, design the machine structure and the shape of the machine tool.Second,design grinder grinder and institutional adjustments.Third, design the machine transmission, transmission agency and its power  equipment.
