由于各類信息繁多難歸集,企業信息管理通常是比較復雜的[1],在信息社會中,利用計算機支持企業高效率完成企業信息管理,是適應現代企業制度要求的,能推動企業信息管理走向科學化、社會化、規范化和自動化,從而提高企業信息管理效率。對于目前的駕校行業來說,學校為了提高自身的管理水平,加強競爭能力,增加經濟效益,需要實時掌握教育培訓中各個環節信息的變更,建立信息系統就可以方便駕校對學員信息、學習情況進行集中的查詢與管理。本文論述了分析、設計、開發一個駕校管理信息系統的過程。
本系統是針對駕駛培訓學校運營管理需求的情況用Visual C++ 6.0結合穩定高效的數據庫開發而成。通過對駕駛培訓學校需求的分析研究,進行了系統的總流程設計、總框架設計、數據庫設計和系統菜單設計,包括了六大模塊:用戶管理、學員信息管理、教練信息管理、學員培訓管理、學員約車管理、學員繳費管理。操作人員可隨時了解駕校各個方面的運營信息,例如學員報名統計,學員繳費統計,科目考試結果統計等,這些統計為駕校管理學員進行各個階段的學習和考試提供了詳細而準確的資料,極大的提高了各個環節的運營效率。各分模塊基本上滿足了駕校管理的需求,并實現對駕校管理的科學化和規范化。本系統界面簡潔大方,功能劃分清晰,非常便于操作。

ABSTRACT
Because of difficult to collect various types of information, enterprise information management is usually more complicated, in the information society, it is the requirements to adapt to modern enterprise system that high efficient completion of business enterprise information management with the use of computer, to promote the Schematization, socialization, standardization and autoimmunization of enterprise information management, then, to enhance the efficiency of enterprise information management. For present driver training schools’ apart, in order to improve their level of management, strengthen competitiveness and increase economic efficiency, the schools need to control the change of all aspects of information on education and training in time. The establishment of information systems facilitates to concentrate the inquiry and management of the information of students and the school situation. This paper discusses the process of the analysis, design and exploitation of the management information system for driver training schools.
The system is aimed at driver training schools in operation and management needs with Visual C + + 6.0 combines the stability of high-performance database developed. Through the analysis of demand for driver training schools, I carried out the design of the total process system, the general framework, the database and the system menu. The system include six modules: user management, trainees’ information management, coaches information management, management of training trainees, management about trainees book vehicles, trainees payment management. The operator may at any time to understand all aspects of the operation of information of the driver training schools, such as student enrollment statistics, student payment statistics, statistics on examination results, These statistics provide a detailed and accurate information for manage various stages of trainees’ study and examination, greatly improved all aspects of operational efficiency. Sub-modules basically meet the needs of the driver training schools management and to achieve scientific and standardized management of driving school. Interface of the system is simple and generosity, clear and functional. It is very easy to operate.
