摘要

 本課題介紹了新聞發布系統的開發及相關功能，闡述了系統的結構設計和功能設計方法，實現了新聞發布和前端顯示等功能。客戶可通過Web瀏覽器，以人機交互的客戶端程序方式，實現對各類新聞的發布、管理、實時統計和記錄，大大減輕了網站更新維護的工作量，加快了信息的傳播速度，使網站時時保持著活力和影響力。本系統用SQL Server 2000數據庫和Jbuilder 2005作為開發平臺，并且結合JSP技術和簡單的靜態網頁制作技術完成。

Abstract

 This issue news releases on the system development and related functions, on the structure of the system design and functional design methods and realize the front-end press release and display capabilities.
