摘 要: 本設(shè)計是教學樓設(shè)計,位于臺州溫嶺。總建筑面積約為6222㎡,底層占地面積約為1037㎡,總高為17.1m,屬多層建筑。地震設(shè)防烈度為六度,抗震等級為四級;建筑結(jié)構(gòu)安全等級二級,設(shè)計使用年限為50年,設(shè)計中不考慮抗震計算。本方案采用鋼筋混凝土現(xiàn)澆框架結(jié)構(gòu),主體結(jié)構(gòu)為雙向承重框架。在進行荷載計算和構(gòu)件截面估算后,選取一榀框架進行計算,用分層法算出內(nèi)力,并對最不利荷載組合進行分析,通過D值法求出風荷載,進而進行框架梁柱截面設(shè)計。并選取部分樓面板、樓梯、框架、檐溝、樁基礎(chǔ)進行設(shè)計。本方案基礎(chǔ)形式采用樁基礎(chǔ),樓梯為鋼筋混凝土現(xiàn)澆板式樓梯。整個方案設(shè)計基本符合設(shè)計和結(jié)構(gòu)要求,具有一定的創(chuàng)造性和合理性。

Abstract: It is that the complex designs to originally design, located in Wenlin Taizhou. The total construction area of about 6222 ㎡ and bottom covers about 1037㎡, the total high is 17.1m, is a multi-storey building. the earthquake intensity is six degrees to set up defenses, the forth grade ant detonation, Structural safety grade two and the design life span of 50 years. Design not consider seismic calculations. The program used cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure, the main load-bearing structure of the two-way framework. Conducting load calculation and after estimating beam, select a framework for load calculations, using layered calculated forces, later analysis the most unfavorable load portfolio ,through D value derived wind load, and then cross-section beams framework for the design. And select some floor panels, staircases, framework and gutters, the pile foundation design. This basic form is pile, the stair is the stair of cast-in-place modes in Chinese operatic music of armored concrete . The whole conceptual design accords with the design and structure demand basically, have certain creativity and rationality.
