論文題目:十堰地區不同教育層次實習護生對臨床帶教老師有效教學行為評價的研究 摘 要 研究目的: 臨床護理教學是護理教學的重要組成部分,是培養學生理論聯系實際,獲取護理技能,培養獨立工作能力的重要學習階段。探討十堰市實習護生對臨床帶教現狀評價。 研究方法: 采用采用自設《人口學變量問卷》、自編封閉式《臨床帶教現狀評價量表》對300名實習護生進行調查。所獲資料進行統計學分析,統計方法包括描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t檢驗、方差分析。 研究結果: 各醫院教師在初始學歷、年齡、工作年齡、最高學歷、教學年資、職稱、接受教學培訓等方面差異均無顯著性(P>0.05)。護生在年齡、性別、是否獨生子女、生源地等差異無顯著性(P>0.05)。大專生、二級學院本科生、統招本科生的教學能力、臨床勝任、學生評價、師生關系及個性特征無顯著性差異(P<0.05)。 研究結論: 臨床教學質量直接影響學生今后的發展,因此如何提高臨床教學質量,是臨床教學的一個重要環節。 關鍵詞 :實習護生 ;臨床帶教;現狀評價 論文類型:研究報告 Abstract Background: Clinical nursing teaching is an important part of the nursing teaching, which could cultivate students' theory with practice,require the nursing skills, cultivate the ability to work independently in the learning stage. Objectives: To explore the current evaluation of clinical teaching among probationer in nursing. Methods: A survey was conducted with a total sample of 300 nursing probationers using self-designed closed NCTEI scale. Descriptive statistics, Independent-Samples T Test, One-Way ANOVA Test were used to analyze data to address research questions. The assumptions for each of the statistical measures were met and a value of p<0.05 (2-tailed) was considered significant. Results: Nursing probationers with different levels have no significant difference between groups(P>0.05). Conclusions: Clinical nursing teaching quality directly influence the development of nursing probationers. So it is an important step for how to improve the quality of the clinical teaching.
