本系統采用PowerBuilder 9.0作為開發工具，Microsoft SQL Server 2000作為數據庫管理系統。實現了汽車維修企業的信息化管理，具有客戶管理、倉庫管理、投訴管理、維修管理等功能，促進了維修管理工作的現代化、高效化、提高了管理人員的工作效率。

ABSTRACT
The swift and violent development of the information technology, has pushed the informationization of business administration to the key position of business administration. Enterprise's informationization has already become the modern enterprise trump in the market competition. The administrator of car maintenance casts sight on this effective management mode that can make enterprises establish in an unassailable position of the informationization too. The administrative system of car maintenance shows the management thoughts of enterprises in the form of informationization, employ the information technology of every link of management, offer the reliable decision basis to administrator.
This paper describes the FAW Pentium maintenance management system design and implementation.
This system adopts PowerBuilder 9.0 as the developing instrument, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 is regarded as the data base management system. Implementation of the automobile repair business information management,it have functions such as customer's management, storehouse management, complaining management, maintenance management,etc and have promoted the management of maintaining are modernized, high-efficient and improving the administrative staff's working efficiency.
