基于供應鏈的庫存策略研究 [摘要] 隨著全球經濟一體化的發展和技術進步，形成了以買方為主導的市場，企業的競爭也由企業的競爭發展為供應鏈間的競爭；同時，隨著商品種類的日益增多和顧客需求不斷的細化、多樣化及不確定性，有效的庫存控制就變的越來越重要。在此情況下，企業必須在快速有效地滿足顧客需求的基礎上實現低成本運營，而這也是眾多企業面臨的的難題。為此，我們必須對庫存控制做進一步的研究。本文從供應鏈的角度，介紹了基于協調的多級控制庫存模型，并在掌握某首飾供應鏈實際數據的基礎上，對該條供應鏈進行了分析，通過改變不同的變量來進行更深入的分析，找出影響供應鏈總成本最大的因素，最后對此條供應鏈給出策略分析。 [關鍵字] 庫存控制 供應鏈管理 多級庫存 Based On The Study Of Supply Chain Inventory Strategies [Abstract] With the development of global economic integration and technological advances, formed a buyer-driven market, competition of enterprises by the competition of enterprise development for competition between supply chain and, along with the increasing number of commodities and thinning, diversification of customer needs and uncertainties, of effective inventory control becomes more and more important. In this situation, enterprises must meet customer needs quickly and efficiently on the basis of low cost operations, and this is also a problem faced by many companies. To this end, we must further study on inventory control. This article is from the perspective of supply chain, introduction to multilevel control inventory model based on coordination, and in mastering a jewelry supply chain on the basis of actual data, analysis on the supply chain, through different variables to change for more in-depth analysis, identify the factors having the greatest impact total supply chain cost, last on the analysis of the supply chain strategies.
